Job Description

Job Name: Learning Delivery Leader

Job Location: 1030 Delta Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30354

Duration: 12+ Months assignment

100% Onsite

Qualifications:

•Experience facilitating hands-on, skill-building workshops

•Experience evaluating and measuring learning experience effectiveness and recommending improvements in facilitator delivery standards

•Executive/leadership coach

•Ability to act as a learning thought partner with HR and business leaders to support leadership development programs for Delta leaders at all levels

•Experience successfully utilizing technology to deliver or facilitate training in a classroom environment

•Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles

•Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to staff and corresponding managers

•Strong classroom presence and facilitation skills with a dynamic presentation style

•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

•Skilled at delivering feedback to improve learning experiences

•Provide performance consultation, including performance support and recommendations for continuous learning

•Ability to self-review and meet rigorous quality standards preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

•Bachelor or advanced degree in business, organizational effectiveness, training and development, instructional design or equivalent job experience

•Executive coaching certification

•5+ years of experience facilitating classroom training (virtual or in person) in a corporate setting

•Demonstrated focus on continuous self-learning and exploration of new trends, strategies, and practices in the learning and development field and sharing across the organization preferred

•Able to travel up to 10% of the time

Responsibilities:

•Delta Global Leadership, Learning & Development (GLLD) team, the central hub for employee leadership, learning and development, is seeking a Sr.

•Learning Delivery Leader (Sr. Facilitator) to support the organization’s growing demand and commitment to developing and growing Delta’s talent pipeline.

•We leverage tools, technology, and innovative formats to scale learning and support Delta employees at all stages of their careers — from new hire, to individual contributor, to leadership development, and more. As a member of our team, you’ll continuously use new tools, techniques and approaches to help others grow and unlock their full potential.

The Sr. Learning Delivery Leader is responsible for:

•Facilitating advanced-level learning experiences and coaching to individuals, leaders and teams across Delta

•Partner in the consultation, design and delivery of customized strategic development experiences to improve individual and team performance,

•Support organizational change and development

•partner with internal learning teams to drive delivery standards across the enterprise

•Ensure effectiveness of delivery for GLLD experiences

•Apply innovative facilitation approaches and techniques that engage learners and produce desired outcomes
