Under the direction of the Organizational Development (OD) Manager, the responsibilities include:

Manages training request timelines, resources and scope.

Interacts with OD Manager, HR Manager, and other site leaders to implement course and curriculum changes utilizing the approved operating discipline

Conduct thorough training needs analysis, including performance gaps, skill deficiencies, and future skill requirements.

Proficiency in using learning management systems and authoring tools.

3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills

Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System (preferably Workday Learning)

Experience managing facets of a Learning Management System (LMS), such as course assignments, completion records, and reporting

3-5 years of experience with learning data and learning management systems (LMS)

Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology

Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

Utilize the LMS (Learning Management System) platform to build and manage engaging training events

Collaborate with Event Requestors to ensure compliance with CPE (Continuing Professional Education) documentation and requirements.

Experience in a detail-oriented task-based role that heavily relies on technology is required.

Experience with setting up e-learning for delivery through an LMS is a plus.

Demonstrated experience with program management

Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skills/knowledge gaps for outsourced agent knowledge transfer, identify key performance indicators for proposed learning products

5+ years of working experience in Learning & Development

Demonstrated experience using the ADDIE content development model, adult learning theories, and instructional design methodologies to build effective learning solutions

Establish processes and tools to maintain current employee training records, skills matrices, and training plans, with a focus on electronic/digital management

Collaborate with engineers and management to identify training needs, map out development plans for teams and individuals

Support cross training targets/initiatives working closely with operations management to coordinate upcoming training to support lab operations

Highly effective interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities

4+ years’ experience as a production supervisor, trainer٫ facilitator or similar role

Effective and professional communication and organization skills

Experience in delivering leadership and management programs.

Support the development of coaching skills with leaders and people managers across departments to embed learning initiatives.

Skilled in constructing and executing effective learning programs, including instructional design, and facilitation.

A proven track record of exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

Partnering with stakeholders across the business to undertake learning needs analysis and effectively sharing insights and solutions.

Working closely with key internal subject matter experts to assist in designing and facilitating learning initiatives and programs.

Create a defined process and points of contact for welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding manager toolkits.

Train and educate Managers on the importance of effective Onboarding, including use of the toolkits.

Maintain updated information on internal platforms to present L&D offerings.

Collect and analyze feedback from program participants with the objective to drive improvements to current L&D offerings.

Previous experience working in a learning management system or similar platform required.

Provide technical expertise in developing, revising, and maintaining course content in the learning management system (LMS).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Define project timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously; keep track of project tasks and statuses.

Previous experience working in a training or marketing role preferred but not required.

Experience working with Adobe Captivate preferred.

Knowledge and working experience with learning management systems (LMS)

Maintains and Oversees the functioning and utilization of the Learning Management System.

Adult education certification completed or in progress.

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, adult learning/education or equivalent professional experience required

Support the ongoing utilization and growth of the Learning Experience Platform to support employee development.

Manage external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the service from design to delivery.
