Strong program management experience that includes managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end learning initiatives within SAP SuccessFactors learning platform and supporting modules.

Develop and implement a region-wide (North America) learning and development plan that aligns with organizational and strategic business objectives.

Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to deliver specialized training programs.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

Must be willing to commute to the Cartersville office on a hybrid schedule.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).

Prioritize instructional design projects, estimate work efforts, identify resource requirements, and provide weekly status reports of active and pending projects.

Coach initiative champions, subject matter experts, and others on developing learning content and enhancing their skills as trainers and facilitators.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage production schedules, and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
