They are responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees, as well as administering employee benefits and payroll. They also handle employee relations, training and development, and performance management.What is HR Generalist Skills Required?
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
