Supports annual company-wide performance management process (PMP) and Talent Planning Process (TPP).
Responds to employee relations issues such as employee concerns, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints in partnership with our HR Manager.
Performs data entry KRONOS timekeeping system as needed.
Partners with our Benefits team to assist employees with questions and concerns.
Plays a key role in our summer internship program.
Performs entry of salary and other payroll related changes, including new hires and terminations.

They also handle employee relations, training and development, and performance management.
