Job Details


Searching for a highly qualified part-time or full Time HR Generalist to join our team. This position will be responsible for performing HR-related duties in the following functional areas recruiting, benefits administration, and employee relations, and will support the leadership team in executing the overall mission and vision of SITG.


This position has a projected schedule of 30 hours per week within the hours of


Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm PST


This is a fully remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the continental United States.


Responsibilities


Responsible for recruiting efforts including, but not limited to, ad and job boards copy and placement; identification of possible candidates


The primary point of contact with our PEO (Professional Employment organization)


Ability to answer employee questions and or concerns regarding Human Resource policy, procedures, or employee handbook interpretations


Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices are being practiced


Facilitate coordinating new hire process including orientation and new hire paperwork


Facilitate employee relations and terminations


Record upkeep and file management


Performs other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Leadership Team


Skills And Qualifications


Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Senior Recruiter


Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations including but not limited to multiple states and federal law


Collaborative work style and ability to work effectively across departments


Results-oriented with the ability to effectively manage projects and tight deadlines


Service-oriented, collaborative approach with exceptional follow-up and organization skills


Process-oriented, able to work independently while maintaining the integrity of assigned task


Must possess excellent oral, written, presentation, and listening skills


Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and PowerPoint) and Google Suites.


Operate ethically to protect the assets and image of the company


Must be able to maintain a scheduled availability flexible to the business demands
