VP/Director of Product Management and Marketing, Controls & Software Location:

We are looking for a talented VP/Director of Product Management and Marketing to lead our Controls & Software division with the Lighting Space :

• Division - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution
• Develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns to drive awareness and demand for our products - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and influencers in the industry
• Responsibilities: - Define and implement product strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets - Lead the development and launch of new products in the Controls & Software

Requirements: -

-10+ years of experience in product management and marketing, preferably in the lighting or similar industry

- Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving revenue growth

- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to see the big picture while also diving into details

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

- Experience managing and developing teams, with a track record of hiring and retaining top talent

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
