Does the idea of playing a leadership role in the Marketing department at a late-stage, market leading healthcare organization sound like your jam? Are you looking for an organization where your marketing expertise and leadership experience are not only needed, but valued? If so, we’ve got an opportunity with your name written all over it! We are seeking a VP, Marketing & Communication to join Icario. Using your creativity and industry insight, you will be responsible for leading our Marketing team and strategy. In this position, you will report directly to our CCO.

• Experience with marketing automation tools & systems
• 10+ years marketing leadership experience at a software/tech/health company
• Preferred experience with member/patient/consumer experience strategy and campaigns
• Ability to travel as needed to occasional tradeshows, serving as a program leader
• Experience with CRM
• Superior knowledge of marketing automation tools & MS Office products
• Preferred experience with PaaS (platform as a service), Digital engagement, and health actions
• Demonstrated history of cross functional leadership in a dynamic and diverse team
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field
