We are a global fintech platform and graduates of the Founders Institute accelerator. We posted our largest sales just this quarter, June 2023.


With great fundamentals and a unique value proposition for the global market, our platform is looking to find a creative thinker with experience developing and executing on go-to-market strategies.


If you welcome a challenge and have experience as a digital growth marketer with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, capable of synthesizing traditional and online marketing, leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, and can build a marketing apparatus from the ground up, we’d love to talk to you.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating awareness through marketing events, content, and then distributing it effectively. You will be driving demand and offering new solutions to our three-sided market of vendors, users, and receivers around spending/sending money internationally.


Help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.


Responsibilities


Developing and executing strategy: This person is responsible for developing strategy around B2Bs and B2Cs, ensuring that there is a coherent plan to invite, onboard and support the growth, loyalty, and success of our vendors, receivers and senders.Empower the sales team with strategies that help drive sales.


Building partnerships: Identify and engage with strategic groups in Jamaica and outside, to create opportunities to extend our brand and enhance sales.


Managing channels: Create and maintain online and offline marketing content relevant to B2B and to B2C markets, building a community. In this role you will determine the type of advertising content, such as TV, radio, print, digital or social media, that needs to be created and distributed for campaigns and events.Then track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in online and traditional marketing, including social media, events and content marketing
  • 1-3 years of relevant, creative, demonstrable experience
  • Proficiency in working with metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills, ability to pivot
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Deep understanding of public relations
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
