We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated agency focused Solutions Engineer to help scale our growing advertising business. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that drives innovative solutions and empowers agencies to deliver meaningful business outcomes for advertisers.
Advertising agencies and the social media landscape are evolving rapidly – the ability to combine technical and business skills, display strong problem-solving leadership and thrive in this exciting and fluid environment will be critical to the success of this role.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends.
• Advocate for API improvements and influence product roadmap with internal product teams that will benefit global agency partners; highlight issues, trends, and opportunities for integration enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functionally with Agency Leads and Product teams to develop, manage and grow partner relationships with a focus on technical aspects (i.e. technical presentations, trainings, consultations, and best practices).
• Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic agency partners; build trust through your deep technical expertise of their platforms and customer needs.
• Be an expert on TikTok's API capabilities and partner offerings from a technical lens; partner with sales teams to recommend and deploy or advance successful customer integrations.
• Develop integration guides and best practices to accelerate API adoption, improve time to-revenue and deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of the Global Agency Landscape
• Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally.
• Familiar with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience shipping production quality code
• Experience with leading engineering projects as tech lead.
• Experience in advertising technology working with large volume data analytics.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210000 - $358000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
