Poste et missions
Accountabilities:
- The ability to import/export data for various analyses and general management reporting as needed.
- Assist with analysis and reporting related to year-end compensation planning process to include integration of market data into compensation reports, preparing custom compensation reports, supporting database maintenance of global long-term incentive plan, etc.
- Assist with Workday updates/enhancements (i.e., creating positions in alignment with staffing plans, monitoring of integrations and /or data loads from Workday to other systems, etc.).
- Participating to the Compensation End of year process
- Responsible for day- to-day compensation reporting and analysis (i.e., compensation spend versus funding, compensation planning projections, etc.).
- Assist department with on-going and/or special projects; i.e., incentive plan redesign, general business initiatives, etc.
- Responsible for daily entry and administration of HRIS transaction activity (hires, terms, transfers, demographic updates, etc.) within multiple systems.
- Assist with data collection and completion of various external compensation surveys and customized benchmarking analysis.
- Responsible for creating, maintaining and producing a variety of standard and ad hoc reports using HR database applications (HRIS, compensation planning & reporting systems) and excel.
- Act as a resource in the development, enhancement, and implementation of new processes/procedures. Recommend enhancements or changes to processes and programs to help automate and streamline HR efforts.
Profil et compétences requises
A first experience in a comparable position would be a real plus
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong technology background with exceptional proficiency using Microsoft Excel
Exposure to HRIS/payroll software (Workday a plus) and Compensation Plan administration systems a plus.
Must possess strong analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to establish priorities and work under deadlines. Financial accounting skills a plus.
Experience and/or exposure to global environment and international operations (i.e., working with foreign currencies).
Must be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task and take initiative.
Solid project management skills required.
