IF YOU ARE

Someone who has a business-related undergraduate or graduate degree/MBA and has 3-5 years of experience in strategy/business consulting and/or mergers and acquisitions (M&A)

You also have:

  • Intellectual curiosity and drive to lead projects to successful outcomes
  • Analytical/critical thinking skills
  • Research skills and executive reporting capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills
  • Financial analysis and Excel modeling acumen

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Be the focal point between SoftServe Strategy, CTO, and Divisional Leadership on M&A initiatives and the development of acquisition criteria that best fits BoD approved M&A strategy
  • Identify potential M&A targets/relationships, utilizing internal and external sources
  • Be a core part of a nimble, visible, and high-impact team.
  • Evaluate alternative Corporate Development/M&A strategies (e.g., partnerships, acquisitions, minority investments) to best fit business objectives and market conditions
  • Engage the prospective targets for information requests and other pre-diligence efforts
  • Provide concise, informative executive reporting for streamlined and informed decisions
  • Be responsible for the continued development and improvement of SoftServe’s M&A process
  • Balance workload for live transactions (cross-training as deal lead)
  • Conduct target assessment, preliminary valuation and potential synergy analysis, and development of a preliminary integration approach
  • Develop a point of entry and relationship management strategies for potential acquisition targets.
