Transaction Advisory Director (M&A/Pe)

Our client, a leading global Investment Bank, are looking to add Directors into their NY, Chicago, LA and Dallas offices to work in their Transaction Advisory team, specifically covering healthcare and Industrials sector transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting in deal sourcing, target identification, and analysis for proprietary acquisition processes
• Conducting industry- and company-specific business due diligence, including competitor and industry benchmarking in the Healthcare and Industrials sectors
• Participating in Transaction Advisory engagements across the platform that may include financial due diligence engagements with both private equity and strategic corporate buyers, pre-merger/post-merger integration, and corporate development support
• Leveraging market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to help clients understand transaction-specific risks and opportunities
• Delivering outstanding work consistently and client value while transitioning from a project delivery to a client development mentality, with a focus on developing trusted and long-lasting relationships
• Performing in-depth financial modeling to inform client projections around revenue and profit outlook, pipeline sizing, and industry dynamics

Requirements:

-A minimum of 8 years of related work experience at an accounting or consulting firm (ideally experience within a transaction advisory services practice at a Big 4 accounting firm or national consulting firm).

-Active CPA license or equivalent certification preferred.

-Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

-Experience in project management, including developing work plans, planning and execution of work, supervising staff, coordinating with other internal and external service providers and presenting report to clients.
