Job Description
Responsible for the installation and support of Iatric Systems Mobile software applications and devices. Helps with general product SQL support, QC testing and documentation as needed. Assumes a degree of responsibility and ownership of the applications assigned by management. Provide internal/external consulting and attend miscellaneous conference calls and team meetings.

  • Participate in team meetings in order to review current issues and upcoming software changes
  • Take active role in documentation creation and maintenance
  • Requires multitasking ability to handle priority tasks under stressful, time-sensitive conditions. Exceptional ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow through on priority tasks, as well as to work collectively as part of a team, are required.
  • Assist customers with their network infrastructure and setup and configuration of Mobile Devices
  • Root Cause Analysis for reported software issues
  • Research & Quality Control Testing of software applications (includes ongoing enhancements/bug fixes as well as investigating new technology)
  • This role requires occasional off-hours support responsibilities when key customer Service Levels, especially when patient care, safety, security or privacy is at risk.
  • Software delivery and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot reported issues, working with both clients and internal support team.
  • Attend miscellaneous conference calls and team meetings


What We Expect


  • At least 1 year of experience with Windows programming using Visual Studio and/or Visual Studio.Net
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Wireless Network Infrastructure
  • A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Experience with Wireless Mobile device administration
  • High-speed internet accessibility from home office
  • At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Programming
  • Strong SQL knowledge
  • Ability to work from home office during business hours without interruption
  • A passion for learning
  • At least 2 years of experience with Network, Server, and Application System Administration
  • Strong research skills and proven ability to synthesize complex information into relevant and actionable key findings
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision


What Will Make You Stand Out


  • 3+ years of healthcare experience
  • Experience creating and revising technical documentation
  • Experience with HCIS environment, MAGIC programming and/or MEDITECH applications
