BODYARMOR is looking for a Vice President of Supply Chain Operations to join our team.

The Director of Supply Chain Operations for BODYARMOR directs overall supply chain operations including transportation and warehouse/repacking operations and customer service. Develop and implements strategy to ensure critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPI’s. Strategic partner responsible for creating and maintaining effective relationships with BODYARMOR’s vendors and distributors to support seamless flow of product from effective order management all the way through to product delivery and invoicing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for flawless execution of customer fulfillment order management strategy from S&OP to end of order lifecycle
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers’ business/supply chain functions and work collaboratively to ensure proper supply and resolve exceptions
• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement process improvements that will maximize service and minimize cost
• Build and maintain relationships with all department Senior Leaders, external partners, Coca-Cola counterparts and customer/bottlers to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
• Implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations and support both long-term and short-term objectives
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
• As needed communication with senior leadership on matters of strategic importance to the organization
• Oversee BODYARMOR Supply Chain Ops teams- transportation, warehouse/repacking operations, deployment planning and customer service, optimizing each team to achieve strategic goals set by organizational leadership
• Collaborative leader responsible for building and maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors such as carriers, warehouse/repackaging and co-manufacturing logistic teams to support complex RFP and contract negotiations on behalf of BODYARMOR
• Address complex inefficiencies in logistics processes; presents and implements enhancements and solutions to address these issues
• Provide strategic cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Planning, Operations and Customers/Bottlers
• Ensure planning and inventory strategies are shared and agreed upon with customers/bottlers and 3rd party vendors/suppliers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Location within the NY Metro area required
• CPG/Beverage industry experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field experience required
• Willingness to travel by both car and plane as required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 10+ years in a Supply Chain leadership or relevant experience required
• Experience in Strategic Planning and Execution

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $205,000 annually

• Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
