What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for taking our supply chain function to the next level, including demand planning, strategic sourcing, inventory management, and distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with external partners, and drive our vision forward.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire supply chain function, from demand planning to distribution.
Create integrated processes for effective materials planning and replenishment.
Shape our sourcing strategy, negotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring optimal cost efficiency.
Contribute to the formulation of long and short-term supply chain objectives.
Ensure quality standards are implemented throughout the supply chain.
Oversee logistics operations to meet productivity and service goals.
Develop and manage budgets, maximizing working capital.
Foster relationships with our valued suppliers.
Collaborate with various teams to execute our strategic vision.
What You'll Bring
A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Over 10 years of experience in broad scope multi-site Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency in Six Sigma and lean manufacturing processes (preferred).
Strong familiarity with systems including ERP and MS Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Flexible approach and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for process improvement and finding innovative solutions.
