Vice President, Healthcare Recruiting – Remote

Our client is a well-established, privately held healthcare staffing firm. From a remote office, you will lead the charge in hiring and developing the recruitment team, working closely with executive leadership. This is a true opportunity to be impactful and make a change.
What You'll Do

• Create and implement recruitment plans and campaigns.
• Manage, coach, and guide Recruitment team to create an effective recruiting and onboarding process and performance management while ensuring and cultivating a positive culture.
• Consult and partner with the leadership team to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategy.
• Establish recruitment objectives and goals for the operation for direct reports.
• Research, analyze, and assemble recommendations regarding recruiting metrics and tools.
• Lead, develop, and implement successful recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Lead and develop recruiters and recruiting managers focused in Travel Nursing staffing.
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
• Work with Marketing data to help analyze what is working and areas of improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase the overall growth and retention of the organization.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.

What You Need

• Self-motivated with minimal need for direct supervision and guidance.
• Quantifiable history of growing recruiting teams prior to 2020 in healthcare staffing.
• Experience working as an MSP partner as well as experience working with direct hiring managers within hospitals and hospital systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience leading and coaching direct reports in Travel Nurse Staffing.
• 7+ years of direct recruiting experience in the healthcare staffing industry.
• History of designing recruiting metrics, KPIs, and revenue goals.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Proven ability to engage and establish credibility and respect of employees, peers, and leaders.
