What You'll Do
As our Vice President of Operations, you'll be a pivotal figure, overseeing a range of vital teams including Distribution, Supply, Manufacturing, and more. Your influence will span multiple locations, playing a crucial role in shaping our future strategy and driving operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
Directing and inspiring departmental leaders to achieve goals and strategies.
Taking ownership of budget and profit and loss accountability.
Collaborating with leadership to drive innovation, efficiency, and a safe working environment.
Planning and executing expansion strategies to support our ambitious growth.
Optimizing inventory and supply chain processes for seamless delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Championing international opportunities to align with our strategic goals.
What We're Looking For
Your Qualifications And Skills Will Include
A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) to showcase your strategic acumen.
A minimum of a decade of leadership experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, or Logistics.
Proven ability to manage teams of over 200 members.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
