At this position you will lead the new Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Sensi.Ai in collaboration with insurance companies. This includes defining the value proposition, guiding product adaptation, identifying new opportunities, and leading strategic partnerships.
Roles And Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to craft and refine a compelling value proposition for the target insurance companies.
- Lead the development and execution of the GTM strategy in the insurance sector.
- Business Development Strategy:
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance sector.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure the product/service is aligned with the market needs.
- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to contract signing, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Identify and manage partnership opportunities to enhance market reach and product offerings.
- Ensure that product development is aligned with customer needs, the company's strategic goals, and market trends.
- Identify and prioritize potential markets, define business models, and decide on the appropriate product-market fit.
- Lead efforts to adapt Sensi.Ai's offerings to the specific needs and workflows of the insurance sector.
- Continually enhance our offerings and the value they provide to our clients based on feedback and market developments.
- Partnerships and Alliances:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Experience in AI and technology industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the insurance sector.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving growth and building successful partnerships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
