Position: Vice President of Marketing
What You’ll Do
As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing strategies to drive growth in recurring revenue for both new and existing clients. Your mission is to establish our company as the foremost provider of search, merchandising, and personalization platforms for Ecommerce businesses. Your role will focus on new customer acquisition, demand generation, brand building, and customer retention and growth through upsell and cross-sell campaigns. Collaboration with the Sales and Partnerships Teams is key to achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Lead all marketing disciplines, including brand/content, demand generation, public relations, and analyst relations.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry analysts to influence our positioning.
Foster a data-driven culture within the growth team, aligning KPIs by functional area.
Drive customer acquisition through various channels, optimizing the buyer journey.
Manage marketing campaigns, email marketing, and content strategy.
Continually assess campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and pursue investment areas.
Build and mentor a skilled, collaborative marketing team.
Manage budgets and provide visibility into marketing outcomes.
Maximize customer acquisition through digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
10+ years of senior-level marketing experience, preferably in eCommerce or SaaS.
Proven track record of meeting performance targets and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
Strong focus on data and analytics for decision-making.
Successful history of campaign development across multiple marketing channels.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems.
Expertise in digital marketing, including email, PPC, and online advertising.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Effective team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
