We are currently seeking a Vice President, Demand Center to join our team.

In alignment with the marketing strategy and campaign planning, this role is responsible for designing and executing on multi-touch demand creation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics that drive revenue through direct sales & channel teams and deliver measurable results to achieve the company’s growth objectives. This role leads a team of Demand Generation Specialists, including digital Marketing and Business Development resources, to source, qualify, manage, and nurture leads. This role optimizes capacity planning and a prioritization framework to allocate resources.


Brings best practice elements of customer buying behavior, customer journey and optimizing key moments of truth. Also, expertise in Marketing Automation, Digital analytics, and Digital media including search engine marketing, e-mail marketing, customer relationship marketing, user experience, and site architecture.


Responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes digital marketing tactics such as SEO, SEM, Paid Search and Re-targeting.
  • Develops channel partnerships with a strategic analysis of understanding the investment strategy and the expected return of leads.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of customer buying behavior, customer journey and optimizing key moments of truth.
  • Implements methodologies across cross-functional teams to continually monitor and improve campaign performance, maintaining regular updates and touchpoints with marketing and sales leadership.
  • Leads the design and execution of an enterprise-wide, integrated lead generation strategy, optimizing best-practice lead generation processes, while also establishing client loyalty strategies to solidify the client base.
  • Partners with sales leadership to determine and deliver the required number of new leads to maintain and grow the company with a focus on generating quality leads at expected cost and conversion levels to drive company profitability.
  • Evaluates and measures success of all enterprise lead generation programs, including lead nurturing campaigns, field events, webcasts, syndicated content, loyalty events, and channel partnerships.
  • Ensures all leads are tracked, managed, and reported in Salesforce. Leverages Salesforce reporting to accurately track and report on successful programs.
  • Meets regularly with sales and marketing leadership to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of field events, including marketing demand for segments and products.
  • Partners to develop local sales and marketing campaigns and execute on field events, producing leads for the local office.
  • Leads the development and implementation of demand generation strategies to guide sales and business development teams towards highest value lead conversion strategies by tracking, measuring, and analyzing performance and effectiveness of campaigns and strategies in real time, while making adjustments as needed to achieve expected business results.
  • Leads the growth of the sales and marketing pipeline, including sourcing, qualifying & nurturing leads and prospects. Creatively and proactively adjusts campaign plans as needed to achieve the goals of the market/sales office.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of lead generation in both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • First-hand experience working with marketing automation solutions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is required. MBA is preferred.
  • Fifteen or more years in marketing with five years in a demand generation leadership role, preferably with high growth companies.
  • Experience in digital marketing and business development programs.
  • Analytical skills to drive data-driven campaign initiatives and recommend appropriate attribution, influence, and lead scoring models.
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in lead generation and nurturing, with a heavy emphasis on process, measurement, and analytics.
