Job Description
In this role, you will report to the Head of Product for Connected Commerce and Travel , as well as partner with the following teams: central agility, finance, analytics, the Product Owners across Travel and Connected Commerce business ops. You should have strong thought leadership, sharp analytical skills, and excellent presentation and speaking abilities. You will act as Chief of Staff and will have two main focus areas: Manage day-to-day business operations with a focus towards enhancing efficiency and effectiveness and Communicate business and product strategy and progress to leaders and stakeholders to build advocacy.


Job Responsibilities


  • Partner with Product team and Analytics to monitor OKRs, KPIs and other key business results/metrics and associated targets
  • Manage budgeting and funding process, developing business cases, tracking burn and delivery, ramping product and technology headcount
  • Work with GMs and Product Executives to insure progress across a wide variety of functional activities including product strategy, finance, marketing, data & analytics, and stakeholder engagement for day-to-day operations for the team
  • Own end-to-end delivery of special projects that are critical to success but require deliverables beyond those covered by PO's, and other team leads.
  • Craft executive communications and reporting that tells the Travel and Connected Commerce story to the community with the goal to gain buy-in and support, as well as create engagement, for our product
  • Partner with product support lead to build new tools, capabilities, and processes to enhance operations (E.g., dashboards to provide greater visibility into product delivery and tied to scrum processes)


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills


  • Willingness and ability to operate at strategic and operational detail levels.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced agile digital environment is a must with a proven track record of delivering successful customer facing site features and improvements.
  • 6-10+ years of experience in strategy, product development, technology, or consulting with exposure to rigorous and large-scale program and product management
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and operate effectively
  • Strong presence and speaking skills, with the ability to influence and motivate multiple senior executive stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to influence and partner across a large, highly matrixed organization and drive change through promoting a culture of collaboration across organizational boundaries.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills


  • Knowledge of the Atlassian suite
  • Familiarity with Agile concepts and lifecycle management
  • ECommerce business experience
