Location:New York, NY (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)

Duration: 12 Months+

• The candidate will support the business’ technology needs and help facilitate achieving the Product team’s automation roadmap. The ideal candidate must have experience working with APIs, be a strong communicator and be able to work in a challenging environment with shifting priorities.
• The Analyst will be a part of the Privacy Product team responsible for managing, implementing, and solutions to the technology tools to meet regulatory compliance while working across multiple *** teams.
• The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the solution delivery lifecycle for the SaaS application working closely with the Product Manager, Product Owner, and Engineering teams. The primary tool used in this role is a SaaS application, One Trust.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate vendor product releases viability and document business use justification.
• Review, analyze, test, and summarize vendor releases.
• Support the creation of design specifications using use case format, workflows, wireframes, modeling, and related methods as needed.
• Ensure assignments and work are complete, accurate, and timely.
• Build effective relationships within a matrixed organization with other teams to support the successful delivery of the product roadmap.
• Create product process mapping and design documents.
• Partner with and support the Product team to achieve Roadmap goals, including new integration requirements gathering, E2E integration testing, issue identification and resolution, and release and hyper care support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to provide input on technical solutions and support end-to-end solution delivery.

Quals—

• 2-3 years of IT experience performing business analysis
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management IS or related fields, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence to ensure that all issues are recorded and comply with the issue management process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills able to identify flexible and forward-thinking IT solutions.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Python, Rest APIs
• Self-starter that demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently.
• 2-3 years of experience in requirements elicitation, user story documentation, and solution recommendations.

• Passionate learner and follower of industry and technical trends
• Experience with business intelligence and analytical tools.
• Experience with One Trust, Privacy Technology, and SaaS Applications.
