3-5+ years; Product Development, Product Management, or related field.

Due diligence and credit risk management across the investment lifecycle.

Ability to work independently and effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities appropriately.

10+ years of learning strategy / training design and development experience

Experience implementing learning solutions on a global scale with multiple stakeholders and in multiple languages

Must be able to create effective PowerPoint presentations and communications; strong visual design skills required

Excellent written communication and proofreading/editing skills

Excellent presentation skills sufficient to address Leadership audiences

3+ years of strategic consulting experience strongly preferred
