Product Specialist – Front Office Private Equity - $120,000-$140,000 Salary + Bonus & Profit Share

How about being a product specialist at a Private Equity firm?

You’re going to be coming into this well-established – 55 years’ experience and $80bn AUM – PE firm where multiple people within the business talk about how they’ve never worked in a company with such a warm and friendly environment, sometimes unheard of in the financial world! If you’re ambitious and focused on driving the business and other businesses forward, this could be the ideal place for you.

This is a brand-new team that was created in Q1 of this year. Essentially, you’ll be the face of IT for the Front Office within the business. You’ll work closely with various members of front office to understand exactly what they need from IT, whether that be in terms of new technologies, changing their methodologies or just in bouncing around new ideas for how technology can improve the business. You’ll use your consulting mindset to dig deep into problems and produce efficient, impactful solutions.

That’s where having a couple of years of experience in a top consulting firm could come in very useful or working in a Project Management or Business Analyst position at a bank, or other financial company. You’ll need to hold your own with key stakeholders in the business and drive change within technology. This will sometimes require some influencing, but you’ll be empowered to make these changes from these stakeholders.

Additional experience that would be great to have included Salesforce Administration, a broad exposure to technology and any experience with MS products like Sharepoint or MS Project. Strong Project Management methodology knowledge would also be a huge plus.

Starting salary will be in the range of $120,000-140,000 plus a bonus that could be as high as 20% of salary, purely based on performance. Benefits include pension, healthcare and dental plus various other insurances and various other perks, most notably the profit share. This could be as high as 10% of your salary on top of everything else. Reviews on benefits and perks are constantly strong.
