    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to writing job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates.


    Responsibilities and deliverables:

    • Performing background and reference checks.
    • Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
    • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant platforms for technical requirements.
    • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
    • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
    • Forecasting recruitment budgets.
    • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
    • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and to prioritize competing demands effectively.
    • Arranging telephonic, video, or in-person interviews.
    • Involved in a full life cycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiation, and closing.
    • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.


    Requirements

    Skills:

    • Should have experience into End to end IT Recruitment- Candidates should have experience in permanent staffing/bulk hiring.
    • Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement.
    • Interviewing candidates to check for their communication skills, technical skills and other required skills as per the requirements.
    • Good understanding of technical skills with good communication skills
    • Coordinating with the hiring manager to get the requirements and following up with them for one day back of the processed profiles.
    • Experience in salary negotiations and fixation of the selected candidates
    • Sourcing candidates from job portals, social networking sites, and references.
    • Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database
    • Experience in scheduling telephonic/ Video and F2F interviews for the short-listed candidates


    Experience:

    • Candidate should be able to close the open positions within timeline
    • Candidate should have 2 - 5 years of total work experience in recruitment only
    • Candidate should have experience hiring from campuses, Linkedin, and other job portals.
    • Candidate should have good communication skills


    Qualification:

    • Any Graduate or Postgraduate .
