Job Description

This is an exciting new role for Tech Recruiter with global experience to work hybrid (2 - 3 times a week) in our Palo Alto office.


Priorities:

Partner with our European teams to source, recruit and manage the process for tech hiring in the UK. Will work on US based tech roles as well throughout a variety of areas including AI, ML, NLP, data science, engineering, IT, InfoSec and many more.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global TA team, global HR team and global stakeholders
  • Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate and influence the recruiting pipeline and results
  • Develop partnerships and build relationships at all levels both internally and externally
  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
  • Manage complex searches and use data to advise the business on industry trends
  • Support multiple functions throughout the enterprise
  • Become the subject matter expert on the assigned businesses and stakeholders
  • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance
  • Build effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and engage talent for open positions
  • Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelines
  • A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Minimum 7 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; pre-IPO environment a plus
  • Recent SaaS tech recruiting experience
  • Data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to drive efficiencies
  • An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment
  • A growth mindset and truly flexible; able to shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change
