Seeking Candidates that have WORKED for a Staffing Company INTERNALLY as a Recruiter, Account Representative, Sales Manager, etc.. Our pace, competitive nature of Staffing, and response time is in stark contrast to that of working "in-house" for a Company. This opportunity requires you to Hunt, Source, Candidates. Compensation package: Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

70% Phone work/Recruiting Sourcing Candidates.

Brainstorm and collaborate for Attack Plans to source best and brightest Talent for assigned jobs

Meet via Teams with Candidates & Clients

Candidates interface to include vetting, presenting jobs, negotiating, and relationship building

Client interface include relationship building, routine check in, move candidates along to the interview, and ultimately hire phase of our process

Reference checking of Candidates

Resumes view, submissions, and written overviews to Clients

Attend Company Events as needed

Experience Required

2-10 years Recruitment, Sourcing experience internally with a Staffing Company. Degree Preferred. Must be innovative with Sourcing Talent and expert with Recruiting Platforms.

Salary: $50-$60k + Commission

Work hours: Monday-Thursday Start Time 7,8 or 9am (*hours) Friday's Remote
