Job Description

Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Santa Clara

Duration : 6 Months

BR: 110.00 Hourly W2

Work Location:

  • Remote (Person ideally would be in CST or EST and not in California. That said, we are open to Cali but Midwest/SW/E would be preferred)

What are the top "must have non-negotiable" skill sets that need to be present on a resume in order to be successful for this role?

  • 5+ years of full-cycle in-house Technical Recruiting experience - specifically software engineers.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and identifying top talent through various methods including LinkedIn, social media, internet, job boards, niche sites, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner with and advise and influence at all levels
  • Results oriented with the proven ability to implement hiring strategies that build a representative and inclusive candidate pipeline
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
  • Keen ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment


Screening Questions:

  • What is the candidate looking for in a recruitment opportunity? Describe the ideal role, team, culture they aspire to be working at.
  • Interview process: 45 min screening with client hiring manager, 60 min team panel, 30 min final with manager's Director
  • How many requisitions are you comfortable supporting? Average # of recruiter screens done per day? Ave number of submittals per week? Ave number of hires per month?
  • What are the recruiting profiles you feel most versed hiring for?

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner with and advise and influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and identifying top talent through various methods including LinkedIn, social media, internet, job boards, niche sites, etc.
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle in-house Technical Recruiting experience - specifically software engineers.
  • Keen ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Results oriented with the proven ability to implement hiring strategies that build a representative and inclusive candidate pipeline
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices

Education:

  • BS or equivalent working experience
