Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Talent Manager/Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own book of business, working with a diverse group of creators to connect them with exciting brand partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in all aspects of influencer campaigns, from initial brand discovery to campaign fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Nurture Your Portfolio:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio of influencers, serving as their main point of contact.
- Strategically grow your book of business by identifying and onboarding new influencers.
- Identify and recruit talented influencers across various social media platforms.
- Brand Partnerships:
- Foster long-term relationships with brands and continuously provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with the influencer team to identify suitable brands for your influencers.
- Actively seek out and secure partnerships, negotiating terms and agreements.
- Campaign Management:
- Ensure campaign objectives are met and deliverables are executed to a high standard.
- Oversee the entire campaign process, from ideation to execution.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Influencer Development:
- Provide guidance and support to influencers to help them enhance their content and engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to help influencers adapt and succeed.
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or account management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful influencer partnerships.
