Overview A Talent Management Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Talent Management team. This includes providing assistance with recruitment, onboarding, training, and other talent management activities. The Talent Management Assistant is also responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Talent Management Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Talent Management team. This includes providing assistance with recruitment, onboarding, training, and other talent management activities. The Talent Management Assistant is also responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.The Talent Management Assistant will be responsible for:
• Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assisting with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and orienting new hires.
• Assisting with training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions and preparing materials.
• Maintaining accurate records of employee information, including performance reviews and training records.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.
• Assisting with other talent management activities, as needed.
Job Skills Required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Talent Management role.
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR).
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of training and development processes.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Experience
• Previous experience in a Talent Management role.
• Experience in a Human Resources role.
Job Responsibilities
• Assisting with the recruitment process.
• Assisting with onboarding new employees.
• Assisting with training and development activities.
• Maintaining accurate records of employee information.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
