Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Remote Talent Assistant to join our team. As a Talent Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. If you have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a knack for identifying top talent, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive talent searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking sites.
* Review incoming resumes and applications, pre-screen candidates, and identify those who meet the initial qualifications.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
* Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
* Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
* Assist in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
* Collaborate with the hiring team to understand position requirements and desired qualifications for each role.
* Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and necessary information.
* Support the onboarding process by coordinating necessary paperwork, documentation, and logistics.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Talent Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
* Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
* Proficient in using productivity tools, such as email, calendar, document sharing, and video conferencing software.
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
