Act as a first point of contact in scheduling meetings between On-Air Talent, Agents, and VP of Talent Management

Create and proactively update Talent Management materials such as PowerPoints, toolkits, intranet pages, electronic forms and more.

Run necessary project and performance management reports

Data management- collect and organize data and feedback as necessary

Coordinate dates with different teams as they relate to Talent Management programs, onboarding, etc.

Keep Talent Management calendar up to date with upcoming programs, communications, and deadlines

Draft Talent Management communications and coordinate distribution through proper channels

Building talent management capabilities across the enterprise

Succession management and the cultivating and curating of robust internal and external talent pipelines for executive leadership and key roles

The planning, preparation, facilitation, and follow-through of talent discussions across business units, functions, cross-functional pools, and varying levels of leadership

Minimum of 10-15 years of broad HR experience ideally including talent acquisition, generalist, talent management and learning and development functions.

Ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs.

Experience leading executive leadership teams through processes to deliver expected outcomes

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Strong presentation skills and leadership presence

Previous work experience in customer service, event planning, operations, office administration or project management.

Lead the coordination of purchasing, inventory management, and shipping/delivery of program-related materials with in-house and external partners.

Bachelor’s degree and 4-years of experience or equivalent combination.

Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.

Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.

Develop, design/redesign program processes that are customer-oriented, add value and minimize administrative/operational burden.

3-5 years of experience supporting Talent Management & Development within a global organization

Excellent project/program management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, problem-solve and multi-task.

Proactively support and engage business leaders and HR partners on Talent Management and Development initiatives

Execute and measure the effectiveness of Talent Management programs

Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time-sensitive matters while staying organized to simultaneously manage and track multiple priorities.

Support data entry of experiences into LMS (Learning Management System) including setting up new sessions, running reports, and monitoring course enrollment.

Build, proactively update, and design talent management materials including decks, overviews, one-pagers, and other collateral.

Communication – You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at multiple levels.

1+ years of work experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Communication skills - Ability to communicate well amongst different personas. Poised, concise communication skills while always bringing positivity to the relationship.

Experience in a fitness environment is a major plus.
