You bring:

-2 years’ experience as administrative assistant or office coordinator

-2 years’ experience in client facing customer service role

-College courses completed, with a bachelor’s degree desired

-MS Office Suite, tech-savvy and able to utilize and learn new tools and software

-Impeccable grammar and writing skills

-Professional and confident communication skills

Role: The Recruiting & Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the operations team by writing and placing job postings, monitoring multiple inboxes, taking meeting notes, communicating with customers, managing calendars, facilitating new hire onboarding, maintaining electronic files, and being responsible for general office maintenance. Exceptional customer service skills, communication, organization, a sense of urgency, and flexibility are required to be successful in this role.
