Manage transportation activities, schedules, and tracking for on-time deliveries.

General knowledge of maintenance repair and service

Vacuum, dust, buff, and wash hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common interior areas

Duties may include the use of a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting maintenance team members as needed

Positive attitude and ready to work

Ability to work weekend hours as required

Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, preferred but not required
