Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for hard-to-fill technical roles in the United States. Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights, the Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing highly qualified candidates. This position requires a strong understanding of the technical landscape and the ability to navigate the complexities of recruiting in a competitive market.


Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights to conduct targeted searches and source passive and active candidates for hard-to-fill technical positions.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to develop a deep understanding of job requirements, qualifications, and key competencies for each role.
  3. Employ innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, including but not limited to online networking, social media, industry events, and referrals.
  4. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  5. Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and recruiters regarding market trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability.
  8. Collaborate with the broader talent acquisition team to continuously improve sourcing strategies, processes, and tools.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
  10. Generate reports and metrics to track sourcing activities and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.



Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in sourcing for technical roles.
  3. In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.
  4. Solid understanding of the technical landscape and the ability to comprehend and assess technical skills and experience.
  5. Proven ability to employ creative sourcing strategies and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment efforts.
  9. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  10. Professional certification in sourcing or talent acquisition (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) is a plus.
