We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for hard-to-fill technical roles in the United States. Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights, the Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing highly qualified candidates. This position requires a strong understanding of the technical landscape and the ability to navigate the complexities of recruiting in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights to conduct targeted searches and source passive and active candidates for hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to develop a deep understanding of job requirements, qualifications, and key competencies for each role.
- Employ innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, including but not limited to online networking, social media, industry events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and recruiters regarding market trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability.
- Collaborate with the broader talent acquisition team to continuously improve sourcing strategies, processes, and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
- Generate reports and metrics to track sourcing activities and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in sourcing for technical roles.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.
- Solid understanding of the technical landscape and the ability to comprehend and assess technical skills and experience.
- Proven ability to employ creative sourcing strategies and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment efforts.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Professional certification in sourcing or talent acquisition (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) is a plus.
