Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and an applicant tracking system.

Proven experience sourcing and building recruiting pipelines with creative engagement strategies.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.

Ability to interpret and analyze recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire, etc.

IT Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT industry, including various technology stacks, job roles, and skill requirements, will be highly advantageous.

Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings and initial assessments to evaluate candidates' technical abilities and experience.

Networking Skills: Strong networking capabilities and the ability to build relationships with IT professionals and industry stakeholders.

Time Management: Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Collaborative Recruitment: Work closely with our HR and hiring managers to understand specific talent needs.

Previous Experience: Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment.

Proven knowledge and experience with advanced internet sourcing techniques including Boolean key search strings.

A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple organizations in a fast-paced environment

Convert talent leads to applicants ensuring best in class candidate experience and ensure ATS reflects conversion.

Ensure sourcing strategies align with NS EES DE&I initiatives and ensures candidate sourcing process meets OFCCP requirements.

Build knowledge of competitor institutions and uses market data and internal metrics to inform and modify sourcing strategy.

Crafts and executes Boolean searches and utilizes data management, business intelligence skills to extract candidate data from various sources

Bachelor's degree (preferably liberal arts or marketing); or equivalent experience

1 or more years of professional experience or relevant internships

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Connecting candidates to the Recruiting Manager based on relevant requirements

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Advanced knowledge about Source-2-Contract processes, Supplier Contract Management and procurement world-class requirements

Separate expert level certifications in Lean/Six Sigma, Design to Cost and Project Management methodologies

3+ years’ experience as Supplier Account Manager and/or Strategic Buyer and/or Site Project Procurement Management

Support locally driven optimization programs focusing on inventory management, standardization, and material planning

Apply change, risk and resource management

Acting as a key-user for global tools for US sites (e.g. supplier management, sourcing & business intelligence)

Engagement with hiring managers to ensure pipeline candidates align with qualifications and needs of the department

1 year of experience sourcing for skilled trades, manufacturing or industrial roles

Identify / qualify / develop talent pipeline for specialty Engineering roles and/or Skilled Trades roles

3-5 years of Full-Cycle Sourcing and Recruiting experience across broad specialty roles

Assessment of candidates will be conducted via phone screening, formal resume submittals from job postings, as well as sourcing AI tools

Ability to pivot and support 30 vacancies

Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Solid understanding of the technical landscape and the ability to comprehend and assess technical skills and experience.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and recruiters regarding market trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in sourcing for technical roles.

Experience sourcing for a large dealer network.

Train team members on new internet sites, blogs, networking groups and/or methods

Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system.

Identify, screen, and submit qualified job seekers to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description.
