Talent Sourcing Specialist Jobs

Breef is seeking a contract Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our team. This individual will help with talent acquisition and recruiting initiatives, with a specific focus on candidate sourcing and building a robust talent pipeline.

As the contract Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will assist the Recruiting Manager to identify and engage with passive candidates to help attract top talent to join our dream team. You will be the first point of contact with candidates and drive the introduction process of qualified candidates to the Recruiting Manager for additional screening.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Seeking and connecting with active and passive candidates to build a talent pipelines for our open roles
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
• Crafting and sending recruiting communications; promoting consistent company brand to candidates
• Connecting candidates to the Recruiting Manager based on relevant requirements
• Driving introduction process - document all touch points and relevant updates to candidate status
• Utilizing various recruiting and social platforms to promote and attract candidates to open roles.
• Keeping our candidate database up-to-date

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information effectively.
• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with inclusive and objective sourcing practices.
• Understanding of and experience with modern and remote workplace and HR tools (such as Asana, Slack, email workflow systems, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

This is a contract part-time position. Hours and workflow will be discussed during the interview process.
