Job Description
To provide general assistance in areas of need within the organization. Assignments will be determined on a daily basis.
Description:
  • Provides general clerical support to include but not limited to filing, organization, sorting/delivering mail and answering the telephone promptly
  • Assists with stocking items in environmental services, food services and other areas as needed.
  • Running errands to facility departments
  • Provides parking lot assistance
  • Assist with transporting patients to the appropriate areas of the facility
  • Greet and assist any visitors, customers and patients in a courteous respectful and professional manner throughout the facility (ies) as needed
  • Performs other tasks as needed
  • Consistently provides service excellence to all patients, family members, visitors, volunteers and co-workers
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently or with others
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines
  • No experience required
  • Ability to remain flexible to handle and prioritize work
  • Must be a current High School student
  • Eligible to work in MA
