Monitoring campaign inquiries and facilitate a timely lead management handoff to SDR/Sales for a good customer experience.

Creates process documentation for all tasks and reports weekly progress to manager.

3+ years experience working in Salesforce

Experience in the neurology therapeutic area, with exposure to multiple sclerosis and key MS centers, strongly preferred

Clinical experience in rare diseases or specialty biologics strongly preferred

Thought leader or demonstrated KOL leadership experience a plus

Previous experience in multiple commercial functions beneficial
