Startup For Equity - B2B Chief Marketing Officer

We are a startup dedicated to bettering the mental health of students and patients. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Head of Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to help us achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue for the company
• Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. social media, email, advertising, events)
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals
• Develop and manage the marketing budget
• Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing, branding, and advertising
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field; MBA preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

This is an unpaid volunteer position with the potential for profit sharing. Once the company starts making profits, you will receive a percentage of the profits as compensation.
