Fractional Chief People Officer

LinqCare is seeking a contract fractional Chief People Officer to lead our people and culture strategy. This is a remote partner-level role reporting to the CEO. The Fractional Chief People Officer will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and performance management programs. They will also be responsible for enhancing our employer brand and helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s Degree is preferred
• Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, HR policies and procedures, performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and compensation and benefits
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare industry preferred
• Experience leading HR operations remotely
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• 10+ years of experience in human resource management, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
