Job Description

Let's start here - I am a great executive recruiter, but I am a terrrrrrible marketer. Seriously, I market at a 4th-grade level. Thus, we're on the hunt for a Fractional "Head of Marketing" (...not sure what else to call it) who's ready to take the outdated and stodgy executive search industry by storm.


Alas, you'll be the maestro of marketing, crafting strategies that make our competition tremble and our business flourish. From redesigning our developing killer campaigns to optimizing our content/digital presence, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's rise to stardom. If you're ready to unleash your marketing magic and make waves in the executive recruiting world, then this fractional role is tailor-made for you.

1. Marketing Strategy Wizardry:

  • We need killer content, and you're the maestro. Develop and deploy a content marketing strategy that knocks socks off. I have a great experiences and stories to tell, happy to be on camera - do we outsource this? Can we use descript to get from 0-1 for now?
  • I'm currently using Loxo.co as my crm, but it's time for a dedicated solution. I'm thinking Pipedrive? You tell me. Let's spin it up and make it sing, and keep those leads flowing.
  • What's the game plan?! ...that's why I'm hiring :)
  • Light those marketing campaigns on fire! Online, offline, you name it. Promote our services, attract those dream clients, and leave everyone else in the dust.
  • Craft newsletters that our audience can't resist. Share those juicy insights, industry updates, and show off our executive recruiting expertise.


2. Digital Domination and Branding Brilliance:

  • Let's build a brand that turns heads. Cement our identity and market positioning in the executive search industry, making us the go-to experts for CEO Succession searches.
  • Let's test digital - online advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing to create a magnetic online presence.
  • Website revamp - lots of modern tools out there (framer ai?) - its time to freshen up the brand, and communicate CLEARLY -
  • I'll walk you through my typical sales process, and you tell me what pieces of content/experiences would make our proposition impossible to ignore.
