Sr Project Manager - Remote

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects involving cross-functional teams focused on process improvement. Experience should also include overseeing and coordinating all aspects of multiple concurrent projects and serve as manager of project teams who navigate material and impactful projects between field operations, sales, corporate accounts, senior management, executive management and large suppliers and customers. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet goals. Develops detailed project plans, schedules, resource estimates and progress reports. Conducts meetings as necessary and is responsible for project deliverables.

• Deliver results that achieve or surpass projects targets based on compliance, ROI, or customer impact objectives
• Be highly organized and able to meet task timelines to realize project benefits
• Design and execute the project plans for process improvements. Seeks input from related parties regarding the processes and constraints to ensure alignment across functional areas and other project team members.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Education/Training –

• 5+ years of project management and process improvement experience
• 4 year degree or equivalent

Critical Skills –

• Excellent communication skills – listening, oral, and written
• Project management experience in developing project plans and proven track record of project management success
• Customer focused with the ability to create visible value
• Ability to work across functional areas of the business and with a local DC team
• Must be detailed oriented
• Knowledge of E1 Distribution software systems and processes

Specialized Knowledge/Skills –

• Must be able to speak instructionally and publicly at varying levels within an organization
• “Self-starter” attitude with the ability to excel in dynamic work environment

Working Conditions:

Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) –

• Travel - Up to 50% domestic
• General Office Demands

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$92,000 - $153,300
