Placementmates is a company dedicated to connecting top of the line healthcare professionals to their client's staffing needs.
Responsibilities
• Handles incoming calls from employees and clients regarding a schedule
• Completes confirmations/ C's & R's in a timely manner
• Calls employees on a weekly basis to update their availability, book them, and keep a professional relationship with them
• Receives needs from clients, enters them into the system and tries to fill what is needed
• Calls/emails clients on a weekly basis to check in with them for needs and relationship building.
• Stays in contact with client while working on their needs
• Handles new hire orientations and books them based on their availability
• Updates their manager on any issues with field employees or clients
• Completes roll overs for next months in a timely manner
• Responsible for adding intouches for scheduled shifts, confirmations, availability, call outs, cancellations, issues, and concerns
• Responsible for reporting any issues to their manager for help
• Collaborates with nursing home coordinators to ensure client needs are matched with appropriate caregivers
• Ensures client requests are filled in a timely manner
• Promotes teamwork with other schedulers and office staff
• Monitors caregiver hours to ensure no unauthorized overtime is logged
• Conducts daily caregiver telephony review
• Completes weekly telephony reconciliation for payroll
• Participates in team meetings
• Maintains confidentiality of client information
• Works assigned on-call, weekend, and holiday schedule
• Informs Director of any issues with caregivers and/or clients in a timely manner
• Checks gone missing calls & intouches
• Assists in booking "hard to book" employees (ie. child care issues, limited availability)
• Ensures all open shifts that are sent over from clients are entered into the system and worked on
• Identifies issue clients and sends them to BD for quality check in calls
• Identifies areas where there is a large need for staff and sends info over to hiring
• Fills in for scheduler if there is an absence
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• 1+ years relevant experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
