Job Overview:
As the Creative Manager at PatPat you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the visual creative assets for the brand. This role is responsible for conducting product and marketing photoshoots, art direction and casting top talent. You are a true creative visionary and disciplined project leader. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, UI/UX, and Graphic Design, to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience across digital platforms.
- Establish strategic and compelling content across multiple digital platforms by leveraging creative visual concepts
- Art direction of photo and video shoots including developing shot lists, providing on-set direction, and providing feedback to editors, photographers, illustrators and other related freelancers.
- You direct the production of all creative assets–from conception to final approval–ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. You ensure excellence in concept, design, photographic and video art direction, and campaign and evergreen execution.
- Develop and drive the overall visual creative strategy in alignment with PatPat's brand values and aesthetics.
- Provide strategic and creative recommendations and offer new ideas, concepts, and designs to continuously drive new business opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to translate campaign ideas into compelling visuals that resonate with the target demographic.
- Be trendy. You stay up-to-date with industry + consumer trends, regularly identifying new opportunities and innovations for our creative strategy.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding time management skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fashion Design, or related field.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Expertise directing photo and video shoots
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience building 360 creative campaigns
- 5+ years of professional design experience, either in-house or agency
- Extremely detail-oriented, able to keep up with a diverse to-do list
