Digital Designer Jobs

Our client, a major sporting goods brand, is looking for a Digital Designer to join their team!

This will be 40 hours per week, 4-6 months. Onsite in Carlsbad 3x a week!

What you will be doing:

Collaborates with various teams within the marketing department including e-mail, social media, and video to design unique and eye-catching digital creatives, which are aligned with industry best practices.

Develop working knowledge of our brands and produce creative assets that support and strengthens those brands.

Ensure that all assets meet brand and style guidelines, building and maintaining a defined set of visual standards that can be used across marketing assets.

Work in collaboration with other team members including designers, project managers, photographers, and art directors to produce work in an efficient manner.

Help bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to various marketing channels.

What you need to know:

Must be highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and have experience across Adobe Suite.

Experience using web design & prototyping tools such as Figma.

Ability to create frame animations and motion graphics (ex: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Self-starter that takes the initiative to start and complete assignment without direct supervision.

Ability to take ideas from inception to design to production.

Solid sense of typography and advertising design; design experience in all media.

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, time management, problem solving and organizational skills.

Able to change course midstream and make modifications as requested.

Can self-manage workload based on deadline.
