Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Provides a heightened level of customer experience via direct customer outreach, sense of urgency, critical thinking, quality research and investigation, and root cause analysis.

• Supporting transactional work for Executives, HR Business Partners and associates
• Strong partnership with tech; understanding the tech landscape and language
• Strong customer care/service skills, consultant mindset, communication, research and resolution
• The ability to work independently and involve necessary teams when appropriate
• Advanced knowledge of non-Workday processes (access issues, SAP, GAIN, ATPS and other downstream systems and processes)
• Continually increase Workday software knowledge and skills

Performs Workday operational data transaction support functions.

Supports business operations by establishing and monitoring timelines and resources for projects; tracking projects and initiatives; reporting project status to business unit leadership; completing audits and reporting results; following up on deliverables; developing and updating project scorecards; monitoring human resource processes and identifying improvement opportunities; filtering, addressing, and escalating associate concerns; leading and coordinating training sessions; mentoring and providing guidance to other team members.

Supports human resource and business data analysis and management by collaborating with internal, cross-functional partners to identify, collect, and analyze data; escalating risks and concerns; compiling data for reports and presentations; making data-driven recommendations; utilizing SharePoint and other collaborative tools; creating and maintaining reports, reporting tools, and templates; and maintaining information security and confidentiality.

Provides and supports the implementation of Workday solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans.

Demonstrates up-to-date Workday expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of transactions, action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
