Senior Vice President Of Operations

Rapidly growing real estate developer is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations. The position will provide overall executive leadership of the management company and ensure maximum profitability of the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Executive team on the overall leadership and management and provide the operational perspective on property, portfolio and corporate performance.
• Identify and implement improvements to internal departmental policies and procedures for the utmost efficiency
• Development, refinement and review of reporting system
• Develop and implement portfolio-wide rental rate strategies that will maximize revenue for each property.
• Ensure cost effectiveness and quality of all product offerings and processes.
• Assure that expenditures at the property level are within budget and properly approved.
• Recommend and implement best practice processes and procedures that will allow Company to successfully achieve its growth objectives.
• Ensure implementation of business plan related to overall property management operations.
• Lead effort to maximize portfolio profitability in accordance with business plans.

Reporting Relationships:

• Will interface with the members of senior management in order to ensure that all programs and initiatives are prioritized, communicated and carried out successfully.
• Will report directly to Company President and Partners
• Will supervise all Senior Managers and Property Managers

Job Requirements:

• Experience managing budgets and financial statements.
• Minimum of 5 years of executive level property management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as needed
