Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Chief Marketing Officer.
The Chief Marketing Officer for Holman will bring a wealth of well-honed marketing leadership skills, strong fundamentals and exceptional people leadership qualities. A visionary, who can translate strategy into action and energize a team to take our Brand into the next generation. They will lead and execute marketing strategies that will continue to position Holman at the forefront of the automotive services industry.
What Will You Do?
  • Help create an inclusive, dynamic working environment that brings out the best in reporting managers and creates a clear path for staff growth both within marketing and across organizational lines.
  • Ensure marketing systems infrastructure and data provide the right insights to support consistent growth and work closely with the IT organization on continued investment.
  • Transform the function’s historical view from a centralized or shared service to a center of excellence while balancing the capabilities of in-house vs outsourced work requirements.
  • Drive the company’s internal alignment and external communications across all market touchpoints.
  • Attract, develop and retain strong talent. Build a marketing organization that will be able to seamlessly and cohesively support Holman brands as a shared service.
  • Oversee marketing functions such as creative, communications, PR, media, agency relationships, event strategies, digital & social and overall demand generation supported by data to support decision-making.
  • Define and develop marketing strategies and vision for the organization that are in line with the organization’s overall purpose, goals and objectives.
  • Develop senior level relationships with our external agency partners.
  • Instill best practices and continue to develop and structure a performance‐based marketing team that efficiently executes the company’s overall and go‐to market strategy.
  • Stay on top of the leading trends in the marketplace to position Holman at the forefront of the industry.
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally and lead a market‐driven approach to customer needs, product launches, and new market introductions.
  • Design and organize the marketing functions to clearly support each other seamlessly, the businesses we serve internally, and support our unique position in the automotive services industry.
  • Establish a set of key performance indicators and provide consistent reporting against the marketing team’s objectives.
  • Serve the organization as an executive level strategic thought leader that is able to build trusting and effective relationships across the business.
  • Optimize marketing spend across the businesses balancing the short term needs to support the businesses while maintaining a lens to the longer-term Brand development requirements.
  • Responsible for ideating, building, and launching innovative marketing campaigns while building and coalescing a diverse team.
What will you bring?
  • Brand management
  • Ability to drive actionable insights sourced from Analytics
  • Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) designation a plus
  • Automotive-related experience preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge/expertise in leading a marketing function through change, such as but not limited to;
  • Public Relations experience
  • Multi-year experience leading high performing team
  • Have a proven track record of driving large-scale innovative marketing campaigns built on facts and genuine customer experience.
  • Both B2B and B2C channels is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Effective use of Social Media to build Brands.
  • Innovative, team-oriented leader with proven success in creating holistic, integrated brand strategies in a constantly evolving environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Shift from Traditional marketing to Digital marketing to drive engagement
  • Experience and proven track-record of success in the following areas;
  • Brand management experience
  • 15+ years’ work experience with expanding management responsibilities; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
  • Understands the importance and connections of Customer Experience (changing consumer behaviors) to Marketing Strategies.
